Take Care Of That Cannon!

Now that Spring Training is underway, after an entire year without baseball players will be enthusiastic about playing but many may be short on the conditioning that allows the body to recover quickly. Not to worry, with proper arm care, your player can enjoy the season without injury. Please see this story from Little League, all about caring for that cannon!

Proper rest, diet and hydration are also essential. Please make sure your players are getting the nutrients they need. Bananas, oranges, cantaloupe, honeydew, and some dried fruits are a great source of potassium. Pre-hydrating with water and supplementing with Gatorade, Liquid IV or other sources of electrolytes aid in the recovery. 

And just because they can doesn't mean they should stay up late improving their COD rankings
