Information Officer: Kim Valencia Email
Great start for any league related questions. General league questions such as registration, volunteering, opening day, event times, rain outs, etc. Answers general league emails and supplies information to the league via email/web/Facebook/etc. for all events, announcements, and promotions. Reports to President.

Secretary: Jenn Stripe
Keeps record of all board members, creates agenda, keeps minutes and attendance for all board meetings and/or committee meetings, schedules board and other league meetings.

Recruits and recommends team managers. Creates schedules coordinates draft, and/or assembles teams. Primary contact for general division questions. Reports to Vice President

Player Agent: Peter Medina Email
Primary contact for questions regarding the players. Records all player rosters, verifies player eligibility, and administers tryouts for regular and post season play. Reports to vice president

Oversees all operations of local league, is responsible for the conduct of the Local League in strict conformity to the policies, principles, Rules and Regulations of Little League Baseball, Inc., District 4 liaison, Little League International liaison, attends all District 4 meetings, appoints all managers, coaches, and umpires (subject to final approval by the board of directors).  

Vice President of Operations/Treasurer: Liz Berg  (510) 701-8637  Email
Primary contact for questions or matters regarding a parent or coach within our league and monitors operations of individual divisions. Back up to the league president should he/she be unavailable. Keep records for the receipt and disbursement of all monies of the Local League, receive and deposit all funds accordingly, issue volunteer and other refunds, and prepares monthly reports, and annual budget. Reports to President.

Umpire-In-Chief (UIC): Mo Van Sickle (925) 864-4530 Email
Primary contact for questions regarding umpiring or rule interpretation, leads league umpire training, and schedules tournament umpires. 

Complex Director: Stephen Hoshida  (530) 570-6753 Email
Primary contact and project manager for all matters regarding complex operations and maintenance. Obtains quotes, plans projects, and lead for purchasing for field needs. 

Assistant Field Director(s): Matt Harrod (925) 207-7077 Email 
Responsible for routine and general maintenance and repair of Concord American Little League fields and facilities. Reports to Complex Director

Equipment Manager: Chris Brady (925) 963-2782 Email
Maintains and distributes player and team specific game play equipment, distributes and collects team gear bags, replaces broken/damaged gear, and coordinates uniform selection and distribution.

Sponsorship Director: Elise Davila Email
Manages and recruits all sponsorships, donations, and fundraising.

Safety Officer: Jarrod Butler Email
Lead contact for any questions regarding safety or injuries. Supplies and maintains inventory of first aid kits, provides and hosts required first aid training, monitors required online training certifications, and collects, accident/injury reports. 

Concessions Manager: Kelly Smith  Email
Oversees all food and beverage operations including inventory and menu. Coordinates Snack Shack staff and scheduling. The most popular person at the fields!
